Under the Reserves Act 1977, and acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in
the Schedule from a local purpose (site for a public hall) reserve to a recreation reserve and further declares that
the reserve shall form part of the York Road Domain Recreation Reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.
