Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to
that effect having been entered into, the right to convey electricity easement in gross, described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired over the land of May Elizabeth Albrechtsen as to a 1/3 share, May Elizabeth Albrechtsen, Barry Neil Albrechtsen, David Brian Albrechtsen and
John William Albrechtsen as to a 2/3 share as executors
("the grantors"), and shall vest in the Crown for functioning indirectly of a road ("the grantee"), subject to the rights
and powers set out in Schedule 4 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

part of Part Section 9 Block VII Otanake Survey District (Computer Freehold Register SA6B/423) marked "A" on SO 434474 and that part of Lot FF DP 7219 (Computer Freehold Register SA1207/240) marked "B" on SO 434474.
