described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB30K/712, subject to all existing encumbrances and declares the portion of road secondly described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB473/220, subject to all existing encumbrances.
