Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated
the 10th day of September 1999 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 16 September 1999, No. 123, page 2948 (Gazette Notice A425986.1), by deleting the land firstly described in the Schedule to that notice.
