Declaring Land as Reserve-North Shore, Auckland Council

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council, as successor of the North Shore City Council pursuant to section 35(1) of the Local Government (Tamaki Makaurau Reorganisation) Act 2009, hereby gives notice that the North Shore City Council resolved on 15 July
2010 that the land described in the Schedules shall be declared to be reserve under the Reserves Act 1977 and shall be classified as follows:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule shall be held as recreation reserve for the purposes specified in section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977;
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule shall be held as local purpose (access) reserve for the purposes specified in section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977; and
(c) The land described in the Third Schedule shall be held as local purpose (esplanade) reserve for the purposes specified in section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
