Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Thames-Coromandel District Council hereby classifies the reserves described in the First Schedule hereto for recreation purposes and the reserve described in the Second Schedule as local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
