Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road purposes and shall vest in the Auckland Council, subject to Gazette Notice 5714733.1 declaring the adjoining State Highway 16 to be a limited access road
and section 59 of the Land Act 1948 as to the secondly and thirdly described parcels, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
