Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for
the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Nelson
Creek Recreation Reserve Board to control and manage the
Nelson Creek Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule and appoints Nelson Creek Community Society Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve, as Nelson Creek Recreation Reserve.
