Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council hereby gives notice that it resolved on 15 October 2009 that the land described in the Schedule shall be declared to be reserve under the Reserves Act 1977 and shall be classified as historic reserve for the purposes specified in section 18 of the Reserves Act 1977.
