Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby authorises the exchange of land described in the First Schedule hereto, being a portion of local purpose (stormwater management) reserve situated at 285R Murphys Road, Flat Bush, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
