Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waitakere City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Waitakere City Council at its meeting on 2 September 2010 declaring the land described in the Schedule hereto as a local purpose (marae and papakainga) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
