Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council hereby gives notice that it resolved on 20 August 2010 that the land described in the Schedule shall be declared to be reserve under the Reserves Act 1977 and shall be classified as recreation reserve for the purposes specified in section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
