Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Napier City Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it, resolved on 4 November 2009 that the land held by the city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and
is hereby declared to be a local purpose plant protection reserve within the meaning of the Act, to be known as the
R A Neverman Reserve.
