Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Napier City Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it, resolved on 15 April 2009 that the land held by the city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and is hereby declared to be a local purpose community buildings reserve within the meaning of the Act.
