Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 6th day of September 2010, declaring land to be road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 September 2010, No. 120, page 3231, by deleting the last two lines of the first paragraph and substituting it with the following:
"be road and shall vest in the Hauraki District Council
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette".
