Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, the land described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice
is to be vested in Craig David Moir and PMC Trust Management (2007) Limited and, pursuant to section 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981:
(a) the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 320115, subject to Gazette Notice 225595.1 and Mortgage 8267162.3;
(b) the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 320114, subject to Gazette Notice 225595.1 and Mortgage 8267162.3
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
