Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of that part of the department’s Lowry Bay Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule be held as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977.
