Railways Corporation Act 1981 and sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, Neil Stephen Buchanan, General Manager - Commercial, New Zealand Railways Corporation, pursuant to a power delegated to him under section 10 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation
Act 1981 and with the prior written consent of the Minister for State Owned Enterprises, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in
the Waitakere City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
