Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Gisborne District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by Council on 29 July 2010:
"Declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be recreation reserve under Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977."
