Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of August 2010 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 August 2010, No. 105, page 2840, by deleting from the recital the words
"shall vest in the Crown"
and replacing them with
"shall vest in Auckland City Council".
