Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation appoints the Gemmells Crossing Camp Society Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule for a term of 10 years from 1 July 2010, for local purposes (site for cribs) reserve.
