Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Wellington Regional Council revokes the notice headed Declaration That Land is a Reserve, dated the 23rd day of June 2010 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 July 2010, No. 76, page 2137, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Declaration That Land is a Reserve
Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington Regional Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it, resolved on 30 March 2010 that the land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall
be and is hereby declared to be a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act.
