Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule be set apart as a recreation reserve, subject
to the Reserves Act 1977, and be classified as a recreation reserve for the purposes specified in section 17 of
the Reserves Act 1977 and, pursuant to section 26 of the Reserves Act 1977, vests the reserve in the Porirua City Council.

All those marginal strip conservation areas created by the disposal by the Crown of Sections 1 and 2 SO 36737 Wellington Land Registry dated the 13th day of January 1994 as contained within Computer Freehold Register WN44A/120.
