Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice (excluding mineral interests reserved by section 206 of the Land Act 1924) to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA935/36, subject to Mortgages B359374.2 and B268179.6.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA674/208, subject to Mortgages B359374.2 and B268179.6.
