In the notice with the above heading dated the 13th day of November 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 November 1990, No. 204, page 4431, in the first paragraph the wording
"benefit of the people of the district."
is to read
"benefit of the beneficial owners of Poike 6A1, 6A2 and 6A3 Combined Subdivision E2 Block."
