Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Whanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule, being part of the land described in Computer Freehold Register WN47C/396, with effect that the reserve may be sold by
the Palmerston North City Council on such terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from any sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of
the council or in or towards the purchase of other land
for reserves.
