Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Thames-Coromandel District Council hereby classifies the reserve described
in the First Schedule to this notice as local purpose (emergency services) reserve and the reserve described in the Second Schedule to this notice as recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
