Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of errors made in the notice described subsequently, the Acting Conservation Support Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Change of Classification of a Reserve dated the 29th day of June 2010 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 8 July 2010, No. 80, page 2212, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Change of Classification of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservation Support Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (plantation) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
