Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice be acquired for wastewater treatment facilities and vested in the Grey District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice be stopped and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in the First Schedule hereto.
(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice be taken and amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register WS8A/429.
