Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy
of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from local purpose (neighbourhood) reserve to scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
