Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy
of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from recreation reserve to local purpose (community use) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
