Pursuant to sections 17(1) and 20(1) of the Public
Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister
for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portions of land described in the Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for recreation reserve and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
