Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of June 2010 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 July 2010, No. 80, page 2210, by deleting the easement in the Second Schedule hereto on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
