Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Rodney District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on
17 December 2009 declaring:
(a) The parcel of land described in the First Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, the provisions contained in section 241(2) of the Resource Management Act 1991 and Consent Notice D517644.6; and
(b) The parcel of land described in the Second Schedule hereto as a local purpose (fire station) reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, a water right over part marked "C" on DP 199344 created by transfer B518856.1, the provisions contained in section 241(2) of the Resource Management Act 1991 and Consent Notice D517644.6.
