Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for community buildings and remain vested in the Manukau City Council, subject to section 27B of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
