Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting
on 24 June 2010 under minute number CL/JUN/625/10 declaring the following land to be a recreation reserve:
"Lot 1 Deposited Plan 40111 (Computer Freehold Register NA1085/74)".
