Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 24 June 2010 declaring the land described in the First Schedule as recreation reserve, the land described in the Second Schedule as local purpose (marae/community buildings) reserve and the land described in the Third Schedule as local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
