Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints the Otago Branch of the Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule for a term of 10 years from 1 January 2008, for scenic purposes.
