Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 27th day of May 2010 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 June 2010, No. 61, page 1798, by amending the heading to read
"Amending a Notice-Land Set Apart for Education Purposes (Massey University)-Wellington High School"
and inserting
"(Massey University)"
after
"education purposes"
in the recital.
