Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 25th day of May
2010, Road Realignment-Mangakahia Road, Whangarei, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 June 2010, No. 61, page 1796, by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following:
"(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice taken under section 119 and vested in the Whangarei District Council."
