Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation as an extension
to an existing Maori reservation previously set aside as a Maori reservation and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 1983, No. 104, page 2180, for the purpose
of a meeting place and a burial reserve to be known as Waiaua B, for the common use and benefit of the present owners of Waiaua B Block and their descendants.
