this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA61A/76, subject to Pipe Line Certificate K63019 and Encumbrance D657937.1 to the Auckland City Council, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
