Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council hereby declares the land described in the Schedule to be scenic reserve and that the land shall be
held and administered by the council for the purposes and
in the manner specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.
