Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in
the Otorohanga District Council excluding mineral interests reserved by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in
the Otorohanga District Council excluding mineral interests reserved by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950.
(c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be road vested in
the Otorohanga District Council.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in
Computer Freehold Register 381824 subject to Mortgage 7656999.2.
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 221362 subject to Mortgage 5173523.2.
(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Sixth Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA18A/1077 subject to Mortgage 5335639.1.
(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Seventh Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register SA14A/271 subject to Mortgage B625696.2.
(h) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Eighth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register SA11D/207 subject to Mortgage B625696.2.
