Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council declares:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to be scenic reserve, subject to section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to be recreation reserve, subject to section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
(c) The land described in the Third Schedule to be historic reserve, subject to section 18 of the Reserves Act 1977.
