Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Hastings District Council notifies that it confirmed on 22 June 2010 a resolution passed by the Havelock North Borough Council on
11 December 1985, in exercise of the powers conferred
on it by section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, that
the reserve described in the First Schedule is classified as
a local purpose (plantation and cultural artistic and creative purpose) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act
and forms part of the Keirunga Gardens reserve, Havelock North.
