Pursuant to section 236 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be subject to the following restriction:
No person shall erect or permit to be erected any building or appurtenances above RL 15.00m one metre below the top of the adjacent bridge barrier (Moturiki Datum) nor to permit any tree, shrubs or plants to exceed a height above RL 15.00m.
