Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 3rd day of May 2010 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
6 May 2010, No. 52, page 1461, by deleting the heading in that notice and replacing it with
"Land Declared Road-149 Malfroy Road, Rotorua"
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
