Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and to vest in the South Waikato District Council excluding minerals reserved by section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1937, section 8 of the Atomic Energy Act 1945, section 3 of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, sections 6 and 8 of the Mining Act 1971, and sections 5 and 261 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA781/289.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA72B/766 subject to Mortgage B672114A.4.
