In exercise of the power conferred on it by delegation
under the Reserves Act 1977, the Marlborough District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on the 19th day of February 2009:
"That under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 the Marlborough District Council resolves to declare that the land vested and held in fee simple by the Council and described in the Schedule, be declared local purpose (access) reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act."
